Tim Coleman, C.E.O.
With more than 20 years of Law Enforcement experience, Timothy Coleman (Tim) brings a dedication to civic safety and strong community to his role as C.E.O. Tim grew up traveling the world as part of a career military family, developing an inclusive worldview and a love of loyalty, discipline, and devotion which he brings to his role as C.E.O. As the C.E.O., Tim makes sure that the highest standard in security is achieved through a team mindset, thoughtful oversight, and careful hiring practices. When he’s not at PPS, Inc. working to provide safe and productive environments for clients, Tim devotes his time to his beautiful wife Cindy, and his daughter and granddaughters.
Chaz vetter, C.f.o.
As C.F.O., Nashville native Chaz Vetter, brings more than 10 years of accounting, tax and business experience to PPS, Inc. Growing up in a small-business family, Chaz knew how to connect PPS, Inc. in the financial world, as well as insure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. He provides PPS, Inc. with accounting, financial, and business consulting services while maintaining a professional yet approachable relationship with both clients and employees. When he's not giving financial advice and ensuring smooth financial operations, he goes on adventures with his family and watches international soccer with friends. He is married to Echo and together they have four small children.
Jim Labriola, C.O.O.
Raised in the Big Apple, Jim Labriola brings a passion for consistency, customer service and humor to his role as C.O.O. With a background in acting – best known for his comic role as Benny Baroni from the hit TV show Home Improvement – and with more than six years of experience in Security Services, Jim uses his ability to make connections to keep PPS, Inc. growing and running smoothly. Whether it’s the first meeting, or the hundredth time at the same guard post, Jim supports the client, bringing 100% to every interaction. When he’s not meeting new people and ensuring client satisfaction for PPS, Inc., Jim uses his comedic talent to raise funds for charitable organizations like Wounded Warriors, enjoys fine cigars, and making people laugh. Most of all though, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Rhonnda.
